Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders placed within Australia are shipped using our preferred courier Fastway Couriers. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $9.95 per order and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Hedzup ships all orders within 24 business hours from receipt of order excluding public holidays. Shipping times are estimated at between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your location. All orders are sent by courier to ensure they get to you as quickly as possible. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

International Shipping Policy

We can ship internationally. A flat fee of $20 is applicable for all international orders. Hedzup is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS – Exchanges and Refunds

The team at Hedzup is confident you’ll love our Neoprene Tote Bags and Outdoor Head Rests as much as we do. Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. We will happily exchange for another style or colour if requested, however the postage costs to send the original order back to us will be at your own expense.

How to Return or Exchange a Faulty Item

  1. Contact Hedzup via email on within 7 days of purchase outlining your reason for returning your purchase and whether an exchange or refund is preferred.
  2. We will approve your return and confirm your address for collection.
  3. Package your product securely and we will arrange collection of your faulty order.
  4. Once we have received your return, we will arrange replacement or process your full.
